I practice a Celtic shamanism that includes: pathwalking through the wheel of the year, observing the solar and lunar cycles and seasons, connecting with the spirits of Nature, and practicing elemental journeys. As an HSP (highly sensitive person) I identify as neurodiverse. My high sensitivity is what allows me to empathically connect with you and shift my consciousness to connect with the web of knowing to channel information. My academic training includes a BA in Psychology, MA in Marriage and Family Therapy, and doctoral level coursework in East-West Psychology. Systems Theory is my theoretical orientation, I tend to see things in relationship much like permaculture does in gardening. Ecopsychology has been a particular area of focus and inspiration.
My favorite things to do to encourage creativity are yoga, walking in the woods, writing and improv.
